4. Get People in planning, problem solving and decision making

NOT:

1. Idle flattery

2. Offer helps that cause inferiority

3. Giving up my self esteem!

In short:

I must be able to not be a boss but equal! Always use their strength and forget about their weakness. Not only that, I should remember what they have done for me. And never leave my friends in planning, problem solving and decision making....

Trying is not an effort but just a way to look busy....Meaning let's do it!

It Is Not EASY

I am currently rading a book by Dick Lyles "Winning Ways". Main content is about finding 4 secrets for getting great results.

Everyone is talking about choices that we hold in our hand but my way of thinking is more of how to get the results that I want and at the same time, those around me will feel it is what they have been expecting too.

The first secret is : Make others feel stronger rather than weaker...

The other three? When I am there!
