I am currently rading a book by Dick Lyles "Winning Ways". Main content is about finding 4 secrets for getting great results.

Everyone is talking about choices that we hold in our hand but my way of thinking is more of how to get the results that I want and at the same time, those around me will feel it is what they have been expecting too.

The first secret is : Make others feel stronger rather than weaker...

The other three? When I am there!
